MK Ultimate Cleaning Services

1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from MK Ultimate Cleaning Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the client (“you” or “Customer”) agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all cleaning services offered by us in the State of Florida, including moving, janitorial, and office cleaning.
2. Services Provided
MK Ultimate Cleaning Services offers the following:

Moving Cleaning (Move-in / Move-out for residential and commercial properties)

Janitorial Cleaning (Daily, weekly, or custom frequency for commercial buildings)

Office Cleaning (Recurring or one-time cleanings)
Specific service scopes and costs will be confirmed in your quote or invoice prior to service.
3. Scheduling & Access

Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

You must ensure that our team has proper access to the premises during the scheduled time. This includes keys, codes, and/or building permissions.

If access is not granted at the scheduled time, a lockout fee of $50 may be charged.
4. Rates & Payments

Rates are determined based on property size, type of service, and frequency.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit, Zelle, and Cash App.

Late payments may incur a $25 late fee or 5% of the outstanding invoice, whichever is greater.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-shows or cancellations at the time of arrival will result in the full service fee being charged.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the service.

We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Remove or secure fragile, high-value, or personal items before service.

Notify us in advance of any hazards (e.g., biohazards, mold, pests).

Provide a safe working environment (e.g., electricity, water, ventilation).
MK Ultimate Cleaning Services is not responsible for:

Damage from pre-existing conditions
-
Damage to improperly installed fixtures or furniture
-
Items not disclosed as fragile or broken
8. Liability & Insurance

We are fully insured for liability in the State of Florida.

In case of damage caused by our team, you must notify us within 48 hours.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service or repair, whichever is lower.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

The environment poses health or safety risks
-
There is verbal abuse, harassment, or hostility toward staff
-
The job is outside the agreed scope without prior notice
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for business communication and internal recordkeeping. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
11. Modifications to Terms
MK Ultimate Cleaning Services may update these terms at any time. Revisions will be posted on our website or sent via email when applicable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [insert your county, e.g., Broward County, Florida].
By booking a service with MK Ultimate Cleaning Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
